Return and Cancellation Policies
At Emergenx we want to ensure you receive Quality products at reasonable prices. However, as with every online retail store, mistakes are possible and you may receive a product that is substantially different than the item you ordered. The bulk of products you see on this site are populated using Data Feeds from our suppliers. If you should receive a product that does not match the original description, we will replace the item at no charge with the correct item.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for incorrectly ordered items or returns for any reason other than defective items, or wrong item in package as mentioned above. We do not offer product exchange for incorrectly ordered items - Please choose wisely
We offer support for returns, tracking, and order corrections only through the support ticket system. You must be registered and logged in to the website to use the customer support ticket system.
Terms and Conditions for returns and cancellation are subject to change without notice by the distributors, shippers, manufacturers and dropshippers without notice and the terms and conditions of the distributors, shippers, manufacturers and drop shippers prevail at all times.
All returns must comply with the return policy; NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will be accepted by Emergenx.
ALL returns must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Product Warranties are between manufacturer and purchaser. Shipping is non-refundable under all circumstances, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Emergenx.com and my suppliers. Customers will be charged additional shipping and handling charges when an incorrect address is provided. All returns will be tested. All authorized returns found to functioning properly are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns are accepted for shipping errors and defective products only. No buyer's remorse and no refunds given for mistakenly ordered items. We are making every effort to provide current and accurate product images and descriptions; however the manufacturers and distributors constantly update and modify their product models, packaging and color variations. Product specifications, colors and dimensions are approximate and variations in the daily data-feed updates to this site cannot be guaranteed. Some items ordered, depending on item availability and volume ordered, may become unavailable during the backorder or “build” process. The image displayed for every product might not be the exact picture, packaging, or color. Emergenx is not responsible for variations in your browser display capabilities. This is used for display purposes only please contact customer support through the ticket system all questions BEFORE purchasing, and if you have any concerns with your purchase.
There are NO PRODUCT WARRANTIES offered by Emergenx.com. All product warranty claims are between the customer and manufacturer. Customers agree that these items can only be returned to manufacturers for replacement/repair except in cases of Emergenx.com shipping the wrong item or NO EXCEPTIONS. The period for credit and replacement of allowable items is 10 days except as noted.
Emergenx.com customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. Contact Emergenx.com and I will provide you with the necessary return instructions according to each of our suppliers requirements.
Emergenx.com will not replace defective items in advance, customers must pay for return shipping on all authorized returns. Standard shipping (UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post) will be credited for items found to be defective and returned complete and unaltered within 10 days of issued RMA. Express or overnight shipping will not be refunded.
RMA numbers must be written on the outside of returned packages or the item may not be accepted.
Qualified returns may take up to ten business days or more to post refund credit to your account based on an individual's billing cycle, you will see the refund on your statement within one to two statement billing cycles, and in some instances you may receive a check instead of a card credit.
It is the responsibility on the cardholder to verify that sufficient funds are available for the full amount of the purchase prior to placing an order with us.
All orders will be emailed a confirmation email upon order placement. Request for additional order copies will be charged at $5.00 per copy, per fax number, email address or street address.
Additional charges will be applied for any address corrections after the order has been processed.
Due to merchant and bank card service regulations and policies, Federal, State regulations and Emergenx.com privacy policies, all inquiries regarding an order or the release of information must be in writing. I will only release this information to the person that originated an order or to Federal and State Agencies as required by law. All requests must be submitted with a copy of driver License, signed and faxed or mailed to Emergenx.com
It is the responsibility of the customer to be available to receive order shipment.
Refused and non-deliverable shipments will be accessed a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Order confirmations and tracking numbers are provided as a convenience and at times may be delayed, interrupted or deleted at no fault of Emergenx.com and that non-receipt of an email confirmation or tracking number is not valid grounds for order cancellation or shipment refusal. Tracking numbers are only available upon request as most items are shipped directly from the distributor or manufacturer. Please note we can only offer customer support for returns, tracking and order corrections through our ticket system.
In the event that a defective component is discovered within an assembled kit or system we reserve the right to replace said component with an item of equal or greater value. Contact Emergenx.com through the ticket system for instructions, Emergenx will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
I offer replacements only for defective products. I am sorry for the inconvenience this poses to my customers but due to the nature of this business, and my agreements and limitations with my suppliers, the constant changing of product models, various product functionality expectations from customers, and the condition of product packaging received from returned products.
Emergenx.com is not responsible for transit times. Transit times are provided by UPS, exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary due to peak seasonal demands, weather conditions, disasters and acts and conditions beyond the control of UPS. Only UPS Next Day Air, 2ND Day Air & 3 Day Select shipping options offer a guaranteed delivery date. Orders cannot be returned due to customer timing issues and expected delivery dates. All Delivery Dates posted on this site are estimates only (which often vary).
I will make every effort to process your payment and place your order with my supplier within 24-48 hours. All orders cancelled after order placement will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped from the supplier. Once an order has shipped, it becomes the customer's responsibility to obtain a Return Authorization Number for defective items within my policy terms.
By placing an order with Emergenx.com you the customer agree to have, hire or acquire the knowledge and skill required to follow installation, operational instructions, and procedures for using items purchased such as, devices, appliances, fixtures, accessories including electrical, battery, solar, gas, fuel, air, hand, foot powered devices and appliances. Battery installation and removal is the responsibility of the purchaser.
By placing an order with Emergenx.com you the customer agree that you have read and understand all laws and regulations pertaining to the purchase, shipment, use, and possession of any products you have ordered from this site. Emergenx.com will not be held liable or responsible for any violations of Federal, State, or local laws.
RMA Requests & Authorizations
RETURN AUTHORIZATIONSALL returns must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

1. All request for RMA must be submitted through the customer support ticket system.
2. W will reply to most RMA request within 72 business hours. accounting for weekend and holidays with the specific suppliers return instructions.
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR AN RMA NUMBER
1. Returns accepted for defective items and wrong item packaged only
2. Product must be intact, undamaged, unaltered, and must have the original packaging
3. RMA number must be requested within 10 days of order delivery
4. Product(s) must be returned within 10 Days of issued RMA for items shipped directly from Emergenx.com and within 30 days according to suppliers instructions.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned outside of our policy termsIn the event an unauthorized return is delivered outside of our policy terms, you agree that credit will not be issued and that we reserve the right to exercise the option to discard the item after 30 days or return the item to you at your expense. If you refuse delivery or if you have moved without providing us with the proper shipping address, you agree we will hold the item for a period of 30 days and then discard or return the item to stock after that term has expired. BACK-ORDERED AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS
Because the bulk of the products available on this site are updated once daily, there is a possibility that the items you have ordered are no longer in stock. You agree that your card will be charged for backordered items and the products will ship separately when they become available. You also agree and understand that some items available on this site are available only through “Special Order only” and your card may be charged the full amount while the product is being ordered and processed for shipment. If an item you ordered is not included in your shipment. If you have not received your backordered item within 30 days, contact Emergenx.com can arrange cancellation of the backordered items at your request.
